Introduction
In the following tutorial I will guide you through the process of creating a cookie text effect purely in Adobe Photoshop. The effect is quite stunning and easy to do, plus it could be used on variety of textures and materials in order to achieve a different look.
Note: If you are just starting out with Adobe Photoshop, and have a hard time following the basics presented in this tutorial. Consider going through our Adobe Photoshop Essentials series, before you dive in to more advanced material.

Step 1
This is becoming almost a standard procedure now, start off by creating a new document with size 730px by 420px ad 72dpi.
Step 2
For our background create a new layer first, fill it with any color and apply the following styles: Gradient Overlay with color going from #f7e7c5 to #ffe4a8 with scale of 150%. Now add Inner Shadow with #331217 and blending mode set to multiply, also change the angle at -90 and opacity at 35% with size of 45px. Now copy and paste the textile texture just above the layer we were working on. Invert the color of the layer by pressing ctrl+i, and change the blending mode to multiply. We are officially done with our background layer, now we could start with the cookies.
Step 3
Select the Type Tool and chose the Oh! Mai Mai! font with size of about 200pt, and write whatever you want to be cookiefied. The text we just typed will be used as a guide for our next step.
Step 4
Paste the cookie into our main document, and before you do anything sharpen the cookie up a bit. You can do that by going to Filter / Sharpen / Sharpen, also add a Warming Filter (81) by going to Image / Adjustment / Photo Filter. Now scale down the cookie duplicate the layer about 12 time (ctrl+j), once done position the cookies all over the text.
Note: Do Not Rotate The Cookies, Since The Shadows On Them Would Be Out Of Place Compared To The Neighboring Cookies.
Step 5
Now with the Eraser Tool (E) set at size 10px and hardness at 100%, erase parts of the cookie layers that are overlapping on other cookies in order for them to blend better. Do not rush this part, take your time, just make sure that the cracks and chocolate chips flow naturally.
Step 6
Once you are done with erasing parts of all the cookies, merge all the cookie layers. You can do this by clicking on the top most cookie layer on the layers palette, hold shift, and now click on the bottom most cookie layer, in the end right click and select merge layers.
With all the cookies merged, hold ctrl and click on the T of our text layer inside the layers palette. Now you should have a selection around the text you have typed in the text layer. Select the marquee tool, and go to Selection / Inverse, and hit the delete button.
Again with the Eraser Tool (E) set at about 10px for size and hardness at 100%, make small indents on the cookies. Once again take your time, and try to make the indents as naturally looking as possible.
Step 7
For our final step, first delete the text layer and duplicate the cookie layer, and on the cookie layer add the following styles:

Conclusion
You could improve this typographic poster even further, for example you could also add crumbs around them. Do not stop here, continue to experiment, with the same technique you could create a grass, orange peal, or even dirt text, all you would be left to do is adjust the layer styles a bit.
thank you for your effort . I have applied but everything changed in the border each character, kind of my difference, how can I share my work with you ?
